Patented Robotic Action – Uses a robotic vacuum picker arm to dispense products, which means no moving parts in the freezer, a design that prevents frost build-up and damage to components in sub-zero temperatures. The robot uses three interchangeable motors for front/back, left/right, and up/down movement, and is accurate within 1/16 of an inch of its target location. The Z400 machine is completely self-diagnostic, with parts designed for easy servicing. Another safety feature is the Z-400’s chest freezer will keep ice cream cold without power for up to 12+ hours before temperatures reach unsafe levels inside the freezer.  A special “health switch” even disables the operation cycle if the temperature in the freezer is too high for your safety!
